Speculations: At Home

‘Speculations: at Home’ was created and hosted by IA in April 2017, to instigate a broad discussion around housing design in the West Midlands, with contributions invited from a variety of local architectural practices.

Sponsored by RIBA West Midlands, the evening at Centrala gallery included talks from the following local practitioners:

• James Spencer from Glenn Howells Architects
• Simon Jesson and Adam McPartland from Glancy Nicholls Architects
• Anna Parker from Intervention Architecture

The evening also showcased new drawings and models from Intervention Architecture.

Approximately 76 people attended the event, with the audience including architects, students, lecturers, artists, landscape architects, planning officers, and developers.
