Stoneleigh Arts & Court St Works

Currently on site, we have been working closely with Complex Development Projects and Warwick District Council, in a collaborative process, to develop the Old School on Court St and previously the Stoneleigh Arms on Clemens St, with Future High Streets funding.

Following from an extensive public consultation which we helped co-lead, the successfully planning approved designs include new creative artists spaces, flexible for events, a community hub, education space, and material reuse on the site. A proposed new pocket park and public area with planting is created in a shared courtyard between the two building spaces.

Sustainable energy use and generation has been considered to include PV solar panels, air source heat pumps, low embodied carbon and sustainable material sources and reuse of existing buildings.
