Wine Freedom Bar

Working closely with the Wine Freedom team since 2019, we developed designs and obtained consents for the natural wine agency to create their first bar, based in Digbeth, Birmingham. 

The proposal was to refurbish and fit-out an existing mechanics industrial space, to convert into an organic natural wine bar.

A main bar is created behind a secondary entrance, with visitors walking through an immersive wine bottle experience.

Informal benches and tables are included to the centre of the space, with a rotating chef provision.

Chef demonstration areas are included next to general kitchen servery, to create an animated backdrop to the main bar areas.

Demountable built in seating and tables are fabricated for the front of the space, which are able to be deconstructed and stored.

The main space has been designed with flexibility to clear the main seating area for a central DJ booth for night-time events, including performance, live-music and silent-disco.
