We are excited to be working with RIBA on their Future Leaders programme 2023:

The programme provides vital early careers advice through support, guidance and education, whilst also focusing on diversity and supporting the next generation of talented architects.

Intervention Architecture's Director Anna Parker has recorded a series of three talks, as part of the 'Learning to Lead' theme, covering topics such as; embedding studio culture / co-design and collaboration / valuing every client.

Future Leaders is a three-part programme, consisting of two in person conference events and separate on-demand CPD course from industry experts recorded for Future Leaders 2023.

Future Leaders provides early career professionals with a comprehensive introduction to leadership through industry-specific training. Live sessions on key soft skills are delivered by an experienced coach, communication experts and thought leaders, while delegates also benefit from the invaluable applied knowledge and experience of leading UK architects.
