We are delighted that our project 'Stoneleigh Arts and the Old School', is a 2026 Civic Trust Awards Regional Finalist ! 🪂

Selected as a regional finalist, this is one of just two listed for the West Midlands area, and means a huge amount to us to have this recognition. Working with Complex Development Projects, Leamington Creative Quarter, Warwick District Council, as part of Future High St funding, the site includes three buildings of use for arts, community, office co-working and education, as well a pocket park taken back from car park.
