Central to the proposed approach is a integrated joinery design, forming part of a new mezzanine level. Storage is integrated within and around the bed, with proposed new dressing areas, and an extended bathroom with freestanding bath and views over the city centre location.
A semi-translucent partition between the main bedroom space separates the washing areas, but allows for natural light to flow through the top level of the warehouse building.
Due for commencement on site in 2017.
