Inspired by the client’s interesting connections with Paddington, Australia, this prompted a rich architectural response in the form of a strong presence of verandas and balconies, for maximising a visual link between the inside and outside spaces of the house.
Reformatting the existing layout, a newly created snug zone joins the refurbished living areas with a beautiful private garden to the rear of the house.
A new skylight brings in light central to the reinvigorated living area, providing a naturally lit airy environment. A corner window also opens up exciting panoramic views to the exterior greenery.
Due to commence on site in 2016.
